What Verified means
Verified on a driver profile means a member of the Verified Vans Today team has looked at two photos: a driving licence and van insurance. It is optional. Unverified drivers can still receive job alerts.
What we check
Clear licence photo with readable name and expiry. Van insurance certificate for the vehicle on the profile. Name match to the account. Both documents in date on the day of approval. When a document expires, the label comes off until new photos are approved.
How a driver gets the label
Upload both photos from the driver profile. Blurry or cropped images get refused. An admin reviews within about two working days once both files are in. Keep documents in date or the label drops automatically.
For businesses: treat Verified as one signal. You still speak on WhatsApp, agree the price, and decide who to hire.
