Hire a van and a driver without fifty group replies
Facebook and WhatsApp groups are fine until you post once and get a pile of messages from the wrong town or the wrong van. Here you post pay, postcodes, van, and photos. Drivers who fit get one Telegram alert and WhatsApp you. Membership is £19 a month with unlimited open adverts. The first 14 days are free. We do not take a cut of the move.
Matching, not a booking desk. We do not sit in your WhatsApp thread, hold the van fee, or pick the driver for you. You see who messages, compare photos and answers, and hire the person you trust for that load.
What to put on the advert
Pay for the whole job, not an hourly rate. Drivers filter on a minimum for the whole job, so a vague TBC advert will not match anyone.
Collection and delivery postcodes only on the public advert. Send the street address on WhatsApp to the driver you choose. Set a time window for collection. When that window ends with no hire, the advert expires and new alerts stop.
Pick the van size the job needs: small, medium, large, or Luton. Drivers who listed a different van do not get the Telegram alert. Add up to 15 photos of stairs, tight access, fragile items, and the bulk of the load. Keep a WhatsApp number on the business profile that someone answers on the day.
House removals, furniture runs, marketplace collections, and office moves each need different photos. Use the job-type guides linked below so drivers see stairs, doorway width, or loading-bay rules before they message.
After you publish
Matching drivers open the advert, then tap WhatsApp. You talk there about stairs, helpers, parking, and the final price. When you have chosen someone, mark the advert filled and record their profile. That stops more alerts and lets you leave one review after the job.
Membership is for matching. The fee for the move is paid between you and the driver. We do not hold that money. If a card payment fails, you get three days to update it. After that, open adverts pause until billing is fixed.
What Verified means on a profile
A Verified label means our team has looked at that driver’s licence and van insurance photos, checked the name matches the account, and that both were in date on the day we approved them. It is not a DVLA check, a credit check, or a criminal-record check.
Unverified drivers still get alerts. Treat the label as one signal. You still decide who to hire on WhatsApp. Ask for anything else you need before they arrive: a second person for stairs, a tail-lift, or goods-in-transit cover.
