What to include
Time window for collection. When it ends with no hire, the advert expires and new alerts stop.
Van size for desks and monitors: often large or Luton. Say if a tail-lift is required in the WhatsApp thread once you choose someone.
Record the driver you hire on the advert so you can leave one review after the job.
Photos of each floor, lift doors, and the loading bay. Drivers decide from photos before they message.

Verified is a licence and insurance photo review by our team. It is not a DVLA check or a DBS check.
Treat it as one signal. You still agree the work and the money on WhatsApp.
Unverified drivers can still receive alerts. Membership does not buy the label.
Access and IT kit
Put lift booking slots and loading-bay rules in WhatsApp after you choose a driver. Do not put the full site address on the public advert.
Say if monitors must stay upright or if crates need a second person. Pay on the advert should cover that expectation.
Pay for the move
We do not take a cut of the office move fee. That stays between you and the driver.
